Confidentiality

The Company does not store Customers' credit-card details in any database. Personal information will be used only to operate the website, supply and deliver orders through a shipping company, and communicate with Customers. The Company will keep personal details confidential and will not sell, trade, or transfer them to an unauthorized third party.

Third Parties

As a rule, third parties engaged by the Company will receive only the minimum personal details required to deliver an order. Certain service providers, including credit-card companies, may receive additional information where necessary to complete transactions.

Legal Capacity

Every person or company performing an action on the website, including a purchase, declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. The Customer declares that they are legally competent to perform binding legal acts. A Customer under the age of legal capacity (18) must inform a guardian of the website's provisions and obtain the guardian's prior approval.

Changes to the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

The Company may amend, add to, or remove provisions from this policy from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The User alone is responsible for remaining familiar with the current terms.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are added to the item prices shown on the website. Shipping charges apply to delivery to one destination, even when more than one item is ordered.

Due to high order volume, please allow 1–4 business days for order processing.

Orders within Israel are expected to arrive within 5–17 business days and are shipped from our warehouse abroad. Due to high demand, delivery may take longer than usual.

{Company Name} will deliver products to pickup points or to the Customer's home. After the order confirmation is received by email, another notification will be sent once the order has been processed and is preparing for shipment.

For this policy, "business days" are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and official rest days.

{Company Name} is not responsible for any act or omission of the shipping company and will not compensate Customers for shipping-company delays.

Without limiting the above, the Customer agrees that {Company Name} will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside its control, including strikes, shutdowns, communications, telephone or computer failures, hostile acts, war, terrorism, force majeure, or natural disasters.

Delivery may be conditional on presentation of the User's identification and order-confirmation number. The website operator or anyone acting on its behalf may request additional identification at its sole discretion before releasing an order.

After an order has shipped, cancellation, exchange, or refund is available only under the process in our Exchanges and Refunds Policy. Refusing a parcel, failing to answer the courier, or failing to collect a parcel immediately cancels any claim against {Company Name}. Customers who refuse delivery waive their claims and are not entitled to a refund or compensation. If the Company exceptionally decides to issue a credit, the original shipping charge, payment-processing cost, return-shipping cost, and warehouse restocking cost will be deducted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charge and the cost of returning the parcel to us; these amounts will be deducted from any credit issued.

Please Note

To ensure correct and timely delivery, make sure the address is entered accurately and includes all required information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information where relevant are essential. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments where the address details supplied at checkout were incorrect. {Company Name} is not responsible for delays or returns to the warehouse caused by incorrect address information.

All products of {Company Name} are supplied from our warehouse abroad, and shipping delays may occur. Delivery time depends on the carriers. Contact us if you have not received an update that your parcel reached Israel within 20 business days after receiving the tracking number, and we will investigate.

Import Taxes and Fees

{Company Name} is not responsible for import taxes or fees arising from an order. The local logistics authority will contact the Customer regarding payment to the appropriate authorities.

Cancellation, Exchange, Changes and Refund Policy

The following sets out the policy and conditions for cancelling orders and returning products.

{Company Name} means the online store supplying the products. The Customer means the person making a purchase, order, or exchange through the store.

Cancellation of a Purchase

A purchase may be cancelled within one hour after the order is completed, provided the item has not been dispatched.

A cancellation notice must be submitted by email through the website form using the option "I want to cancel my order" and must include a valid order number. If the shipment has not been dispatched and the notice was submitted correctly, the full purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method.

If the Customer requests cancellation more than one hour after placing the order, {Company Name} will make reasonable efforts to cancel it if it has not left the warehouse, but cancellation is not guaranteed. If it cannot be cancelled, the Customer must wait for the parcel and then follow the refund process below.

Product Exchanges

The Customer may make one exchange of a received product within 14 days after receiving the parcel, based on the tracking record, provided the product was used only to check suitability and was not regularly used in a way that may cause wear or damage. The exchange is completed by sending the product to the warehouse of {Company Name} or another address supplied by Customer Service.

Return shipping is paid by the Customer.

{Company Name} provides size exchanges only and does not undertake to exchange colors or models. A Customer seeking a different product must follow the process in section 7.B below.

Each order is entitled to one exchange only. Multiple items from one order must be exchanged together and cannot be exchanged on separate dates.

Conditions for Returns

A returned product must be new, unused, and have its original labels. A refund or gift voucher is conditional on the product being returned without defect or damage. A product returned contrary to these conditions will not qualify for any credit, refund, or voucher.

Refunds

A Customer requesting a refund will be offered the following two options. By purchasing from and using the {Company Name} website, the Customer acknowledges that no exceptional treatment is guaranteed.

7.A Refund to the Original Payment Method

A refund will be made only to the original payment method and cannot be redirected. The refund is subject to a deduction of 5% of the order value plus a cancellation fee of NIS 30. The deduction is calculated from the original transaction value. For example, returning a product priced at NIS 100 will result in a refund of NIS 65.

The refund will be processed on the day after the returned shipment is recorded at the warehouse and may take up to five business days to appear in the Customer's account. The NIS 30 cancellation fee applies to every transaction, even where discounts reduced the amount paid, and is non-refundable.

7.B Gift Voucher for the {Company Name} Store

The voucher will be issued for the original transaction amount and may be used freely toward products sold by {Company Name}. The voucher is conditional on the product being mailed to the Company's Israeli warehouse with a tracking number. This option is subject to the Company's discretion and does not guarantee exchange for a different model, color, or product.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items purchased through promotions, coupon codes, or end-of-season sales may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours after receipt, subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Coupon Codes

A gift code, store credit, credit voucher, or other coupon code issued by the website operator or Customer Service may be redeemed at checkout and is valid for two years from the date it is received.

Additional Clarifications

Every return or credit requires proof of order.

If a Customer receives a defective product, {Company Name} will replace it at its own expense, provided evidence by photo or video is sent to the Customer Service email address shown on the website within 48 hours after delivery, based on the tracking record.

Replacement of a defective product is at the sole discretion of {Company Name}. Defective products cannot be refunded or exchanged for another product; the available remedy is a new replacement shipment supplied and paid for by {Company Name}. The replacement shipment will be treated as the first shipment for exchange and return purposes.

{Company Name} and the website operator reserve the exclusive right to cancel any order without prior notice or explanation at their discretion. If the Company cancels an order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The Customer agrees not to make claims concerning an order cancelled by the Company.
