The Kinneret Collection

Where earth, water, and spirit meet.

The Kinneret Collection is born from the landscape of the Galilee.

Each piece is created by combining different types of clay. As they meet on the wheel, their natural colors and layers form a landscape of their own — earth, hills, and stone. A turquoise glaze flows through the piece like the waters of the Kinneret, making every vessel a small and unique landscape of the Land of Israel.

The sacred book of the Zohar tells of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai and his companions sitting beneath the trees in the valley beside the Sea of Galilee. Rabbi Shimon looked at the beauty surrounding them and said, “How beautiful is this shade,” inviting his companions to adorn the place with words of Torah.

I love this story because it expresses something at the heart of my work: the physical world and the spiritual world do not have to be separate. Sometimes beauty itself — the earth, the water, the landscape before us — can open the heart and become a doorway to inspiration, Torah, and holiness.

The Kinneret Collection was created from that meeting.

Vessels shaped from the earth, inspired by the waters and landscape of the Kinneret, and made with the hope that the beauty we bring into our homes can open a little more space for connection, joy, and holiness.

The Hermon Collection

Between Heaven and Earth

“Like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion, for there the Lord commanded the blessing...”
(Psalms 133:3)

On the summit of Mount Hermon rests the white snow, a symbol of loving-kindness, purity, and tenderness.

Beneath its white blanket, a quiet wonder unfolds. The snow melts, and the water seeps deep into the earth, nourishing the springs and bringing growth and life.

The Hermon Collection was born from this meeting — between heaven and earth, between heavenly grace and the abundance of life flowing from the land.

White on the outside, green within.

I grew up at the foot of Mount Hermon.

From my bedroom window, I would lift my eyes toward the mountain.

On cold winter days, I loved watching the mist envelop its slopes, waiting for the skies to clear and for Mount Hermon to emerge, white with snow, in all its splendor.

That sight, and the excitement it filled me with, have stayed with me.

For me, Mount Hermon is much more than a landscape from my childhood. This majestic mountain, reaching toward the heavens, with waters flowing from it to nourish the land, tells a story of connection — between the Creator and His creation, between the infinite and the earthly.

When I create the pieces of the Hermon Collection, I seek to bring something of this connection into the clay.

The whiteness and tenderness of the snow, the shades of green and blue reflecting water and growth, and the hidden blessing that becomes life.

Each piece is handcrafted with love for the earth, for nature, and for the beauty revealed in the meeting between heaven and earth.
